Building Confidence and Reducing Falls a 7 Week Program
1 in 3 persons over the age of 65 falls each year.  Falls are the leading cause of loss of independent living.  Falls and the complications associated with them are the second leading cause of death in Wisconsin.  Reduce the fear of falling by taking part in Stepping on.

Guest Experts teach us:
Simple and fun balance and strength training techniques
how your vision plays a role in keeping your balance
How medications can contribute to falls
ways to stay safe when out and about
what to look for in safe footwear
learn how to check your home for safety

The mission of Google’s Get Your Business Online program is to help every business be found by every customer looking for them online. Learn how you can partner with Google to help the small businesses you work with in your community, using resources, trainings, gear and one-on-one help from the Google team, all completely free of cost. We’ll also provide an overview of some tools available to help businesses get found on Google Search and Maps.

Learning Objectives:
• Find out more about what it means to become a local partner with Google’s Get Your Business Online program.
