Instructor, Travis Hunt, will explore practical use cases, guide your prompt engineering and help you leverage the capabilities of large language models. Practice using the AI chatbot of your choice in between sessions and return to the second session with use case questions and your ideas for real-world applications.

Saturday, April 27th, 5:30pm - 9:00pm at the Heritage Event Center is the Let the Night Glow Gala. This is a fundraiser for Kessel Kids.

From Boomers to Gen Xer’s, Millennials and beyond, the generational differences in work habits, and expectations for feedback and advancement, present complex challenges for today’s employers. In this class we will address best practices for employers, particularly supervisors, trying to lead and manage today’s multi-generational workforce. In addition, we will discuss the ways in which organizations are influenced by and must respond to the changing expectations of incoming generations of employees. 
Gain insight on how to:

• Understand the five generations and the stereotypes that prevent successful relationships
• Learn techniques to improve communication
• Discover how to use this improved understanding to more efficiently motivate and engage employees of all ages.

Classes for Non-Fair Race events include USRA Stock Car, USRA B-Modified, USRA Hobby Stock, USRA Tuner and NEIRS Winged Sprint Cars. National points for the USRA classes.
