Enter URL Northeast Iowa Community College (nicc.edu)and insert class #  to register for class #84478

Have you recently been promoted to a new position as lead or supervisor? Making the leap from peer to supervisor is never easy. New supervisors frequently struggle, become overwhelmed, anxious and stressed out about balancing their old coworker relationships with their new management responsibilities. Designed to help participants make a successful transition from "coworker" to "supervisor," this seminar will help leaders discover how close they should be getting with their direct reports “on” and “off” the job. You may worry about the way others will react to your new supervisor status. You will find out how to deal with frustrated employees who wanted your job.
