As a leader in today’s world you face a variety of challenges and if you’re leading employees in-person and virtually at the same time, you still must drive connection, trust, teamwork and performance. A variety of factors caused this challenge, from The Great Resignation, to rapid technological change and unprecedented job openings, to new expectations about work and life balance caused by the pandemic. Tuesday, November 22nd, 9-10am is the virtual class Reclaim Power of Your Primary Assets, class #90020.
As a society, we have normalized “being stressed out” with constantly being busy, feeling as though life on a hamster wheel is the role and responsibility with adulthood. This session provides an overview of our three primary assets – time, energy and priorities. Learn how to move away, and out, of the way most people live – the Stress Spiral Cycle. This damaging cycle occurs when you live with unfocused time and un-leveraged energy, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, over-committed and overworked. Transform into a Thrive Cycle instead! The Thrive Cycle focuses your time and leverages your energy to free up new hours in a hectic week. Identify what your key energy levels are and the activities to do in each, then maximize your productivity and take back your life.
