The City of Edwardsville plans to host their 2024 Business Forecast Breakfast on March 5, 2024 from 7:30-10:00 AM at the Leclaire Room.

The focus of this year's program will be Envision Edwardsville 2044, the ongoing update to the City's Comprehensive Plan. Mayor Art Risavy will share insights on this important City document and the ongoing process to update it.

Mr. Struckhoff will take the audience through the following topics:
  • What is a Comprehensive Plan?
  • What's the process and importance of updating the City's Comprehensive Plan?
  • What is the relationship between economic development in Edwardsville and the Comprehensive Plan?

The program will conclude with awards for the 2023 Large Business of the Year, 2023 Small Business of the Year and 2023 Non-profit Business of the Year.

Partners for Pets is looking forward to celebrating our 8th annual gala on March 16, 2024!

Viva Las Vegas Gala, hosted by Bella Milano, will be held in the Leclaire Room on the Lewis & Clark Campus, Edwardsville, IL. We are hoping 2024 will bring our community pets and pet owners incredible luck as we celebrate with a Las Vegas theme including showgirls and ELVIS. Our guests will also enjoy fine dining from Bella Milano, silent & live auctions, and our open bar with premium cocktails as we dance the night away.

The purpose of our Viva Las Vegas Gala is to help homeless pets in our St Louis & Metro East communities get a second chance. Your generosity provides medical & surgical care, a safe shelter space, rescue transportation, advocacy, and supports a large foster placement system. In addition, Partners for Pets works alongside community pet owners to provide affordable spay & neuter surgery, wellness visits, and the basic care families need to keep their pets healthy and out of animal control facilities. Our impact is evident as we have rescued over 23,000 dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens since 2003 and assisted over 2,000 local pet owners.
