This in-person workshop is part of an ongoing collaborative planning process focused on shaping the future of the 151st Street Station area. Participants will have the opportunity to provide input, share perspectives, and engage in discussion as the TOD Plan continues to move forward. Transit-oriented development plays a critical role in strengthening mobility, supporting economic vitality, and enhancing the overall quality of life in North Miami Beach. Community feedback is essential to ensuring the plan reflects local priorities, needs, and vision.
