Friday Night Creative Chill: Wooden Quilts

Originally introduced into our visual vernacular in 2001 as "barn quilts" by Donna Sue Groves, wooden quilts are a way to honor our rich heritage of American textile arts in a compelling and attractive way... no sewing machine needed!

Although our wooden quilts will be smaller in scale than the original barn quilts (and likely not affixed to the side of a barn), we will still arrange painted wooden shapes in a pleasing pattern within a wooden, hangable framework. Color scheme and pattern are totally up to you.
