2023 Teller County Reappraisal Meeting
 
The Greater Woodland Park Chamber has partnered with the Teller County Assessors Office to offer an informational meeting on the 2023 Reappraisals.
 
Presenters - Carol Kittelson, Assessor
Michael Akana, Deputy Assessor
 
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the state of the Market on June 30, 2022 for the purposes of valuation for Notices of Value, which will be mailed May 1, 2023.
 
Discussed by the presenters will be methodology; market trends from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022; current market trends, and proposed legislation. This will cover the Teller County market for Residential, Vacant Land, and Commercial.

Ute Pass Chamber Players present their 2023 Spring Concert, featuring music of Bach, Beethoven, Donizetti, Doppler, Morlacchi and Telemann!
