Make sure your ducks are in a row should the unthinkable happen!
Planning for the future can be quite scary. Relax! With proper legal planning you can achieve peace of mind knowing that you have prepared for the inevitabilities of life. A well-organized roadmap can take the mystery out of planning ahead. Get these puzzling questions solved:
- Are all 4 types of Powers of Attorney necessary – especially if long-term care is needed?
- What happens if I have a stroke & didn't complete my planning?
- Would my children have access to any assets held inside my trust?
- Can I afford to die without a will?
- What taxes do I need to consider?
Hosted by: Landon R. Hodges, Esq.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Register online here: https://www.paeldercounsel.com/register-for-a-seminar...
After registering, you will be emailed a confirmation.
Location: Tuscarora Wayne Community Room, 20 Main St., Wyalusing
Note: Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak is the successor law firm to Attorney Leslie Wizelman, who retired in 2021. We wish her well in her retirement and look forward to providing the same elder law planning services to the Northern Tier for many years to come.

Join us at the Keystone Theatre on April 9 at 3:00PM for a free preview screening honoring local volunteers and discussing civic engagement opportunities in our time.

Let's start talking about how to Prevent Child Abuse. As a community, we have a shared responsibility to help to ensure that all children grow up free from harm, with their needs met and with adults who care for them and about them and that starts with a conversation. The Bradford County Regional Arts Council is presenting a free community-wide event at the Keystone Theatre with the movie Rewind, question and answer time after the movie with licensed counselors available. The BCRAC has partnered with the Library System of Bradford County Library and The Children's House to offer this event free to the public.
