The First Step: A First-Time Homebuyer Course for Texas Buyers
Buying your first home in Texas is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make, and most first-time buyers start the process without the information they actually need. That costs them time, money, and confidence.
Join Shondrea Harroon, PhD, and Fiooze Harroon of Harroon Realty Group, brokered by Fathom Realty, for a free one-hour virtual course designed specifically for first-time buyers in Texas. In 60 minutes, you will get a complete walkthrough of the 91-Day Breath framework, our step-by-step system that takes you from ready to start to ready to move in. You will also get a real look at the current Texas market, financing basics, and live Q&A with two licensed REALTORS® who have built their entire practice around first-time buyer education.
Date: August 1, 2026 Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM CST Location: Virtual (Zoom) Cost: Free Hosted By: Harroon Realty Group, brokered by Fathom Realty, proud members of the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce
