| 2/17/2026 | For more than 15 years, our community has come together to celebrate the vibrant tradition of Mardi Gras in downtown Havre de Grace—and we’re ready to do it again! Join us Tuesday, February 17, at 6 PM as our annual Mardi Gras Parade lights up the city. The parade will travel down “Bourbon Street,” continue along Washington Street, and end at the American Legion on St. John Street. This family-friendly celebration is full of color, music, and joy—so bundle up and bring the kids! Beads, toys, coins, and more will be thrown from the floats. | 2/21/2026 |  The 2025 Havre de Grace Ice Festival will take place in beautiful downtown Havre de Grace AND at The STAR Centre. This year’s theme is “There’s No Place Like Home”! With over 50 enchanting ice sculptures crafted by The Ice God to set the mood throughout the downtown area, you will find lots to do and see, including live ice-carving demonstrations, a chili cook-off, outdoor hot toddy garden, live performances, character meet & greets, corn hole boards made of ice, fire pits, s’mores station, in-store specials, and more! Our beloved STAR Centre will host activities for kids, merchandise vendors, learning experiences, crafts, giveaways, and Extreme Raptors shows, complete with live animals! In the evening, enjoy The ALL NEW Wizard of Oz on Ice at the STAR Centre! Pop in and warm up before heading back downtown to enjoy the outdoor ice festivities. Trolley transportation between downtown and The STAR will be provided free of charge! This event is free to the public; however, tickets are sold for the Chili Tasting, the s’mores station, Extreme Raptors, and Wizard of Oz on Ice all at The Star Centre.
