He served as a teacher, administrator, assistant superintendent, and superintendent, leading with a strong focus on growth and transformation. A certified coach through John Maxwell Leadership, Eric has delivered impactful leadership training for schools and businesses across the region. In 2022, he returned to the insurance industry as Chief Operating Officer of FSB Insurance, partnering with Farmers State Bank to drive performance, culture, and strategic growth. During the workshop, Eric will also introduce OSHAlogs, an innovative app designed to make OSHA recordkeeping easier than ever—helping simplify compliance and reduce risk. He lives in Ridgeway, Illinois with his wife, Cheree. They have two children and recently welcomed their first grandchild.
