The Hibbing Jubilee is a 3-day action packed event that provides enjoyment and entertainment for all ages. The Hibbing Area Chamber of Commerce collaborates with the City of Hibbing, Hibbing Public Utilities Commission, and various sponsors from the business community to offer the following festivities over Jubilee weekend:

• Join us in viewing the Fireworks, best seen near the Hibbing Raceway!
• Dusk is around 10:00 p.m. 
• Rain date is Saturday, July 12th.

• Fifth Avenue becomes our own local market with vendors ranging from jewelry to clothes, lawn ornaments, and more! Be sure to hit up this vendor show with your family.
• There are adjacent food vendors as well on Howard Street!

• The biggest and "sweetest" parade on the Iron Range!

• Sidewalk Sales:
  Join businesses in a day of sales, specialties, and more!
  Date: Friday, July 12th, 2024
  Time: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  Location: Howard Street

• Festival On Fifth:
  Enjoy a variety of vendor and crafters on 5th Ave East by the Hibbing Public Library and the City Hall. 
  Date: Saturday, July 13th 2024
  Time: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  Location: Between the Library & City Hall

Craft Vendors will need to submit the following separate from the reregistration:

• Cottage Food License - if applicable
• Insurance - optional

• Minnesota Dept. of Agriculture Licensure
• Minnesota Dept. of Health Licensure.
• Certificate of Liability Insurance
• Hibbing Transient Merchant Permit- (If you do not have a Hibbing Transient Merchant Permit. Be sure to complete backgrouned check portion of the application in full. You will be charged an additional $50.00 fee for the background check.)

• License plate number
• Drivers license number
• Description of the vehicle being used

• The 2025 Hibbing Jubilee Street Dance will be held on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 following the end of the parade around 5 P.M. and ends at midnight. 
• You will receive a email with your location/instructions the week prior to the event. You can set up at your assigned location starting at 7 A.M. on Saturday, July 12th, 2025. (You will have the same location the full day if you choose to stay.) 
• All power turns on at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 12th and off at 1:00 a.m. after the Street Dance on Sunday, July 13th. If you have special power needs, please speak with the PUC before the event. (218) 262-7700. 
• Please use the dumpsters in the alley for your garbage. If vendors fill the Howard Street dumpsters, the public cannot use them. 
• Please break up any boxes. If you leave behind litter you will be charged a $100 clean-up fee. 
• We prohibit the selling of silly string, smoke bombs, stink bombs, or fireworks of any kind.
