| 10/9/2024 | The October 9, 2024 luncheon will be at the Antioch Christian Church, 5409 E. US Route 36, Decatur. The cost of our is $15. Registration is from 11:30 - 12 noon. The picnic lunch opens at 11:45. The luncheon starts at 12 noon. The topic will be “Banking for Your Business.” Making the most informed decisions about a bank’s business services for the size of your business is imperative. Come hear tips on choosing the right financial services. Businesses need to be well-informed and equipped to make strategic banking decisions that support their growth and stability. Come enjoy our speaker and the delicious food prepared by the Antioch Christian Church. Bring your business cards and network. | 10/16/2024 | Come to this year's Prayer Breakfast with Shane Mendenhall as our speaker. The 2024 Mt. Zion Community Prayer Breakfast on October 16, 2024 from 7-8 a.m. will be at the Mt. Zion Convention Center. An only child, Shane lost his parents as a young adult. As he shares his faith journey with us and how the loss of his parents and becoming an orphan transformed his life and strengthened his relationship with Christ over the past 25 plus years, you will hear more about the importance of leaving an impacting legacy in your community. Shane Mendenhall graduated from Mt. Zion High School and Millikin University before going on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree. Shane and his wife moved back to the Mt. Zion area because they wanted to get back to their roots in order to serve and give back to the community that had given them so much. Advance tickets only. Individual tickets are $13 each.
