Join us for an insightful evening discussing ways to support unaccompanied immigrant children and build hope for a brighter future.

Community Conversations: Building Hope for Unaccompanied Immigrant Children

This presentation provides an opportunity for community leaders and members of the greater Chicago area to learn about National Youth Advocate Program’s (NYAP) work with Unaccompanied Immigrant Children. These children come from countries, often in Central America, where poverty, violence and human trafficking are rampant. Many are under the age of 13. They enter the U.S. without parents/guardians and are in need of safe homes, usually on a temporary basis, where they can receive the care and attention that every child and youth deserves
