More than just a market, this event is designed to give young entrepreneurs real-world experience in sales, customer service, marketing, budgeting, and business presentation while helping them build confidence and connect with their community in a fun and encouraging environment. Throughout the day, community members will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite youth booths and vendors. Young entrepreneurs will be recognized with special awards and ribbons including: Best Booth Display Most Creative Product Best Customer Service Future CEO Award Community Choice Award Top Seller Award Young Entrepreneur Excellence Award Live entertainment will take place at 1:00pm on the Main Stage, featuring performances by The Silly Men - A group made up of Felix Felipe, Ryan Carmody, Emerson Bailey and Max Peterson. The event will also feature a “Chalk the Walk” sidewalk art competition where artists of all ages can participate and compete for prizes while transforming the park into a colorful outdoor gallery.
