SHORT-TERM RENTAL (STR) MANAGEMENT - FOUR COURSES (SEPTEMBER)

"Renting a room or an entire home to guests for short stays can be profitable, or it can create loss and liability. Understanding and applying industry “best practices” can benefit hosts and guests. This certification course reviews time-honored and innovative STR management practices, including an overview of the industry, regulations and accounting, marketing and reservations, guest and neighbor relations, maintenance and housekeeping, design and decor, security and guest safety, tech devices and apps, opportunities, challenges, and more! Previous course graduates have evaluated it as vital training they would recommend to all hosts, property managers, realtors, vendors, and investors. The classroom discussions and networking add to the comprehensive instruction presented by an industry leader with over 30 years of experience owning and managing successful vacation homes/short-term rentals. And it costs less than a short reservation. The course includes instruction, testing, the Vacation Rental Management 411 textbook, and additional resources. Graduates also earn use of the respected STR Certification Seal which shows that they have taken their STR knowledge to a professional level. Real Estate professionals may earn 10 CORE CE from the Utah Board of Real Estate. When you rent a home or room to guests, it's a business with risks and benefits. This quality STR education can unlock doors to greater profitability, enjoyment, and success!"
