Mental Health Month, celebrated every May, provides an opportunity to discuss and shed a light on the mental health challenges many of us are facing today. It is also an opportunity to come together to share resources and insights in hopes of breaking stigmas and barriers. 

In this session, we explore the intricate link between mental health and financial well-being and discuss the essential role finances play for our total wellbeing and ability to thrive. Additionally, we will share strategies for building resilience and the tools necessary for you to navigate through tough times.
