Afternoon: 2021 IRC Residential Code updates with common code variations. 3 hours The course will review changes in the 2021 IRC Residential Code adopted in 2024, including state amendments. Includes discussion with photographs on new changes currently not understood or enforced and issues persistent over the years, which are often missed in plan review and in the field.
