An outdoor market with local art, food, and gifts! Every Saturday from 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. You can also see some local art murals here!

The location is 425 Meeting Street, West Columbia, SC 29169. Plenty of parking on site.

Masks are required. To promote social distancing, the vendors will be spaced apart. A hand washing station and hand sanitizer will be placed around the market. Masks are required for all vendors and patrons. Several vendors are selling masks if you need to purchase one while in attendance.

The owner is Clark Frady.  Clark grew up in Cayce, SC and attended Brookland Cayce High School, is a graduate from the University of SC with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and History, and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Southern Wesleyan University in Central, SC. He is married to Michelle and has 5 children. Ashley Manley is Clark’s youngest daughter and is a technician for the company. She is a graduate from Brookland Cayce High School and is currently taking her exams to become a certified applicator as well.
Clark is a Certified Building Official and the former Building Official and Director of Code Enforcement for the City of Forest Acres. He is also a certified OSHA 510 Safety Inspector.
He started getting involved with Pest Control at the age of 18 with a company named Bugaboo Pest ​Control and assisted with the owner on many jobs. Clark also conducted OSHA type safety surveys with several pest control companies in the state of South Carolina who had Worker’s  Compensation Insurance with the SC Homebuilder’s Self Insurer’s Fund.
For 6 years, Clark ensured that all pest control applicators within the SCHBSIF were conducting their job duties in a safe manner as per State and Federal OSHA requirements, especially since they were dealing with Restricted Use pesticides and could become poisoned easily.

Sign-up now to participate in the City of West Columbia with the , the Cayce-West Columbia Jaycees , , and is hosting a city-wide litter pick-up day on April 17, 2021.

Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Event

Mark your calendars! Lexington County's next Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off Event will be held on:
April 17 at the Chapin Collection and Recycling Center!
Another event will be held May 15 at EcoFlo (1741 Calks Ferry Rd) in Lexington.
This will be a great way for residents to rid their homes of hazardous materials during their spring cleaning!
