Shyam Suchak is the Director of Operations and Human Resources for Anne Grady Services. His passion for the leadership development has driven him to focus his work on organizational development and leadership success. He has spent his career, with Anne Grady, ProMedica and as a consultant,  developing leaders that can contribute to an organization’s success. Shyam believes that leaders have an obligation that extends to great lengths and engaging in conversations with other leaders to fulfill these obligation as a unit is important.  Shyam’s educational background includes  a Bachelors of Arts in Communication from the University of Toledo; a Master of Organizational Leadership from Lourdes University and  Professional in Human Resources Certification from HRCI. Shyam is a 2011 Leadership Toledo Alumni and has served on the board for the Autism Society of Northwest Ohio from 2010-2014.
