Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration

The Old Fashioned 4th of July Celebration is a family focused activity which has been happening in Woodland Park for a very long time. On the 4th, vendors set up and entertainment happens at Memorial Park next to City Hall. There's food, games, patriotic music by Woodland Park Wind Symphony, beer and cocktails. Annual Symphony Above the Clouds - July 4th Concert

Symphony Above the Clouds
A live symphony music concert.   Symphony Above the Clouds is about providing family friendly, cost free entertainment, which brings business to Teller County and connects residents of the Ute Pass region in a very positive environment.

This delightful event has truly become a community project.

The admission-free public concert is held each July 4th at Memorial Park!

Participation in a Mueller fly fishing basics program or personal experience fly fishing is required. It is suggested that you bring your own pole to continue to hone your skills on the equipment you will use outside of the class. Mining requires transportation to move large amounts of heavy machinery and ore. Railroads were the most efficient method of transportation in the gold rush era. E-bike Trail Ride and Discover

Enjoy an easy off-pavement e-bike ride into the Mueller State Park forest. The trail will be wide, easy and on a gentle slope of decomposed granite. Class 1 & 2 e-bike only with tires that have a tread adept for this surface. The ride will be about 1.5-2 hours. We will stop at points along the way to discover various aspects of the forest such as plant id, wildlife id, and some history. Mountain bikers are also welcome. The 86th Annual Bronc Day Festival, one of Colorado’s longest running festivals, will be held Saturday, July 27 in Green Mountain Falls. The Bronc Day Festival is filled with FREE activities for children and families including a pancake breakfast, parade, arts and crafts vendors, a pie judging contest, food trucks, and free swimming at the community pool. Walk for Art

The Walk for Art is an event in Woodland Park on the last Sunday of the Month in June, July and August. People get an Art Passport and visit the venues (Reserve Our Gallery, Westside Gallery, WP Garden Gallery, Java Haus, Williams Log Cabin Furniture and Tweeds) at least one time during the three months. The passport gets signed at each location and turned in at Reserve Our Gallery by September 1 for a chance to win an art voucher worth $200. The voucher can be used at any location. A door prize is awarded at each Walk for Art.
