Coffee With A Cop at Olde Towne Donuts

St. Louis County Police, City of Fenton Precinct will be participating in the national Coffee With A Cop day on October 2nd, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Olde Towne Donuts in Fenton (67 Fenton Plaza) is delighted to host us that day and will be providing FREE coffee to everyone during the event. Everyone is welcome to join the police, sit down, stop by, and have a cup of coffee. This is an opportunity to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood.

Fenton Days Festival (Two-Day Event)

The two-day festival begins on Friday, October 4 at 4:00pm with inflatables, food trucks, entertainment and family activities. Vendor tents will be open 4:00pm-9:30pm on Friday and 11:00am-9:30pm on Saturday. Musical entertainment starts each night at 6:00pm followed by fireworks at 9:00pm!

The Fenton Days Parade begins on Saturday, October 5 at 10:00am in Olde Towne Fenton on Gravois Rd, traveling to Main St, continuing on Larkin Williams Rd and ending at Fenton City Park. The community is welcome to set up at any point along the parade route.

New Resident "Welcome" Mailing - Flyers Due

Get noticed by new residents! If you are in the business to consumer industry or if new residents are in your target market, you'll want to submit flyers for this mailing! Each quarter, the Fenton Chamber sends out a "Welcome Packet" to new residents in the communities of Fenton, Valley Park, High Ridge and Sunset Hills. All you have to do is drop off 200 flyers, half page ($50) or full page ($75), to the Fenton Chamber office by this date... that's it; we'll take it from there!

7th Annual Harvest Jam at RiverChase

We are celebrating Thanksgiving, harvest time and cooler weather with a night filled with great food, dancing, and music! The Backstreet Cruisers are back for the night of good old Rock n' Roll from the 50s and 60s, featuring excellent cover songs of such musical greats as Chuck Berry, Buddy Holly, and many more! This feel good music is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Shredding Event- The Shred Truck

Do you have a stack of confidential papers at home that need to be shredded? Bring them to our FREE shredding event at Our Savior Lutheran on Saturday, October 19th from 9am-Noon. The Shred Truck will be there to securely shred your sensitive documents free of charge.

Limit to 3 "bank" sized boxes per person. Bring all kinds of paper, folders, notepads, envelopes, and CDs/DVDs. No batteries or electronics please.

Donuts and coffee will be provided! See you then!

Active Shooter Defense Workshop

During this unforgettable, intense and FUN day, you will learn how to deal with an armed assailant who is actively shooting in various environments.

Know when to run, hide, barricade or fight back. Learn how to construct a survival mindset, work within confined areas, evade and barricade, take down attackers from various angles, deal with first responders, and much more.

MO CCW - Conceal Carry Class

Missouri CCW – Concealed Carry Class
The CCW course is designed for people who wish to obtain their concealed firearms permit or learn permit-less carry safetylaws. The course goes over basic handgun safety and range rules, proper firing techniques, Missouri laws pertaining to concealed carry and live-fire at the range.
The morning session of the class will take place in the classroom.
Live-fire will be conducted in the afternoon.
Students are required to fire 20 practice rounds and 20 qualification rounds from either a revolver OR semi-automatic.
 
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and shooting qualification.

Free Balance Screening

The staff at Mercy Therapy Services - 9964 Kennerly will hold a free balance screening to establish an assessment of your fall risk. You must be able to walk without the help of someone else with or without an assistive device. Results can be forwarded to your doctor. If appropriate, your doctor may choose to pursue formal therapy.

Prescription Take Back Day

Another Prescription Take Back Day is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The lobby of the Fenton City Hall/Police station will be the closest drop location for Fenton residents.  The National Prescription Drug Take Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of prescription drugs, while also educating the general public about the potential for abuse of medications.
