ACTIVE SHOOTER TRAINING
The purpose of this training is to prepare the general public how to handle the threat of an Active Shooter wherever you might be. The class will teach you how to participate in your own survival, while leading others to safety. 2025 Teller County Reappraisal Meeting
The Greater Woodland Park Chamber has partnered with the Teller County Assessor’s Office to offer an informational meeting on the 2025 Reappraisals. THIS MEETING IS FOR RESIDENTS OF TELLER COUNTY.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the state of the Market on June 30, 2024 for the purposes of valuation for Notices of Value, which will be mailed May 1, 2025.
Discussed by the presenters will be methodology; market trends from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2024; and current market trends. This will cover the Teller County market for Residential, Vacant Land, and Commercial.
