Speaker: Mary Orris
Mary is a board-certified nurse practitioner who integrates the best of conventional medicine with a more patient-centered approach of functional medicine. Mary will specifically be talking about the effects of our hormones pre- and post-menopausal.
Join with other women from Affton & Lemay for a fresh way to start your day! Along with networking, the goal for this new small group is to share, support, educate, and encourage fellow women in the Chamber.

This event benefits St. John Paul II parish and the James J. Slama Scholarship Foundation, which provides scholarships to parish and/or Holy Cross students attending Catholic high school.Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and the game starts at 7:00 p.m. Admission is $20 per person (up to 10 people per table, 8 is more comfortable). Bring your own food and drinks. Soda and water will be provided. There will be a silent auction, raffle items, and a 50/50 drawing.

Ambassadors are official representatives of the Affton-Lemay Chamber that serve as volunteers on the “front-line” of our meetings & events. Help educate prospective members & guests, welcome new members, and facilitate networking. Committee attends Affton-Lemay Chamber events (meetings, ribbon cuttings, social hours, etc.) and facilitates Key to Chamber Success Seminar.
Mission Statement: The Affton-Lemay Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors promote member commitment through raising awareness of Chamber activities and benefits, promoting member engagement in various activities, and serving as a connection between the chamber and its members.
