Ever wanted to learn photography, wanted a refresh on the topic, etc.? This class is for YOU and anyone who is interested in photography. Come on out Monday, Jan 10th at 6pm to the Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce for a FREE photography class hosted by our wonderful member, Brian from Brian George Photography. 

Brian will be going over the basics of photography with: lighting, use of lighting, and composition. Something for everyone, that anyone can benefit from!

Love being creative, while having fun? Taking place January 22nd, Kiwanis Club is hosting Cardboard Sled Races located at the Kiwanis hill! Build a one-of-a-kind cardboard sled and race down Kiwanis hill for a chance to prove you are faster than the rest! There is NO FEE to participate in this event.

he City of Coldwater’s Recreation Department will host Winter Fest for a third year on Saturday, January 22.

There will be live wood carvings, a professional fire juggling and snowman building contest in downtown Coldwater between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m..

In addition, the Coldwater Kiwanis Club is sponsoring a card board sled race at Heritage Hill that day from 11 am to 1 pm and Snow on Monroe, the winter answer to Hops on Monroe, will be held on South Monroe Street from 4 pm to 7 pm. More information will be posted soon on the City of Coldwater Recreation Department Facebook page and the City’s Facebook page and web site.
