Every Saturday in April at 10 am, volunteers will lead FREE walking tours of historic downtown Monroeville.  People interested in participating in the hour long tours, should meet at 10 am at the south entrance of the Monroe County Museum.

Beatrice will host a Health Fair on April 7th from 9-2 across the street from JF Shields School.

Uriah Nutrition is working with McCullough Christian Center in bringing to the community a live depiction of the arrest, trial and crucifixion of Jesus Christ. We will portray the Via Delarosa as well as the whipping post beginning at 4:30 PM. Jesus will be placed on the cross at 5:00 PM. At sunset Jesus will be wrapped in sheets. The remaining story will be portrayed Sunday Morning at McCullough Christian Center starting at 10:30.

The City of Monroeville is hosting its State of Alabama Certified  Monroeville Market Days Farmers Market Opening Day  8:00am-1:00pm on the Museum's South Lawn. Fresh Vegetables, Local Honey, Breads, Cakes, Cookies, Jams and Homemade items. Every Thursday.  Vendors must qualify and be approved.Member of Sweet Grown Alabama. Senior Cards are accepted as well as Cash, credit cards and Venmo as acceptible forms of payment. Market Manager Dawn Brewton 251-923-7470

.The City of Monroeville is Celebrating National Public Works Week with its 6th annual Touch A Truck location Monroeville Elementary School .  8:00am-1:00pm.  All industries participate in this event introducing large vehicles and their Workforce employees to children. This event is open to the public Free to Fly will be on site cooking hamburgers and BBQ for a fundraiser.  Kona Ice Sno Cones will be  available too! We look forward to everyone stopping by.
