The Malta Chamber's Health & Wellness Committee recognises that when women and men work together as equals, society achieves its best outcomes. Women are increasingly taken a leading role, including in business, but challenges in this regard remain. Overcoming these challenges is not merely a challenge - but it is an opportunity.

The Health & Wellness Committee's event, Diversity Pays, will be taking place at the Intercontinental on 7th March.

The Malta Chamber is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a debate between the Prime Minister Robert Abela and the Leader of the Opposition Bernard Grech. This debate will be live on Facebook on Wednesday 16th March 2022 at 11:00am. Members of the business community will be invited to attend for this discussion.
This week The Malta Chamber published its Pre Election document, ‘Time to Step Up`, featuring 100 recommendations addressing: Economic Recovery, Resilience & Growth, Good Governance, Human Capital & Education, Infrastructure & Digitalisation and Sustainability.

In light of the recent positive feedback from the Financial Action Task Force on Malta’s progress, this webinar is organized to discuss and examine Malta’s greylisting from an outsider’s point of view.

The Annual General Meeting and an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry will be held on Wednesday, 23rd March 2022.  The EGM will commence at 4 pm and will immediately be following by the AGM.  The agendas for the meeting will follow in due course.

In light of the distressing situation in Ukraine, the Chamber Health and Wellness Committee is inviting you to a session facilitated by ICAS International aimed at empowering managers, leaders, and HR with the necessary skills to identify and act impactfully when managing employees who may be operating in a state of crisis or heightened anxiety.  Among others, the learning opportunities will include exploring the real/perceived expectations on leaders regarding the unrest, identifying vulnerable employees, guidelines for containing the employee in crisis and confidentiality and ethics.  Role clarification of the work leader versus the counsellor will also be addressed.
The webinar is going to be a live, interactive session which will be delivered by an ICAS International Masters Level Clinician, and introduced by Atlas Healthcare.
