Have you ever struggled with self-image, confidence or negative thoughts? Do you want to learn how to navigate emotions and organize your brain? Are you looking for a new way to manage your own mental health? As a society, we often describe “mental strength” as a positive attribute but we do not learn, teach, or support ourselves to develop and improve it. The Mentally STRONG Method can be learned and used to promote the development of mental strength.

The Mentally STRONG Method is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach developed by Dr. Cristi Bundukamara, EdD, PMHNP, to overcome common challenges. It adds an organizational component to typical CBT which is designed to increase awareness on how one’s thoughts (cognitive) influence one’s choices (behavioral) and challenge negative thinking in order to make choices to improve one’s life.

Learn The Mentally STRONG Method as a framework that teaches you how to be Mentally STRONGer.

Continental Breakfast and Lunch included, also includes your own copy of “Discover the Mentally STRONG Method

I started Colorado Tulips officially fall of 2021 when we planted 28,000 tulips to start the first 'cut your own tulips' field in Colorado  (that we know of and according to the Denver Botanical Garden in 2020 when I spoke with them and did a trial of 1700 tulips on the same ground).

I am so excited to do this for Monument in so many ways.  This is a dream come true for me  and I also know that tulip festivals here in Colorado are very different then the 2 - 4 week long celebrations in other parts of the country.

We are starting a Tulip Tracker on fb and email blasts but the soft date for the festival is May 19 - 22 .

Dodie Thompson of Peak Resumes will be our speaker and provide breakfast.

Dodie will discuss how a well-written, accomplishments-focused résumé shows potential employers your unique qualifications, experiences, and talents. The past couple of years caused many of us to rethink our career paths and goals. Dodie will share ideas that will help you shine in a highly competitive job market whether you are looking to change lanes or draw attention to your current services. Many of her clients, especially small business owners, do not need a resume – but a well-written LinkedIn profile can add to their digital presence and boost their SEO.

This networking opportunity allows members to get to know each other
at a deeper level. They develop trust and knowledge about
each other's businesses that lead to referrals.
