Small businesses aren’t only the backbone of our economy, they play an integral role in shaping the values and influencing the culture in our community. This is why finding your WHY for DEI will make the difference for your people, your business, and the communities that we serve.  This workshop will guide you through the process of solidifying your WHY for DEI as a small business.  Offer practical tools, best practices, and resources to help you build the foundation of an effective DEI strategy.  And provide an insider’s view of the internal and external programming, initiatives and overall DEI strategy we have implemented right here at Zions Bank. If you are just getting started or are an industry leader in your respective field, this workshop is for you.
