One Day Bespoke Wellbeing Retreat on Saturday 1st October 2022 at The Grand Hotel, Eastbourne. The day includes arrival drinks, a range of activities including Yoga, Life Therapy Session, Reikhi, Spa treatments and lunch is also provided. Step Out is a walking challenge that is open to everyone. You can tackle either the 5.5 or 10km route at your own pace.
All walkers will head out on self-guided looped routes through Battersea Park and take in with fantastic views of the beautiful River Thames. The circular route starts and finishes at our Centre, where on completion, refreshments and a hero's welcome will be waiting for you!
Everyone can join in, so bring along your family and friends, including the furry variety!

Wandsworth Enterprise Hub is hosting a pop-up market in Southside Shopping Centre by the entrance to Waitrose, till Sunday 23rd October, as a celebration of local Black-owned businesses this Black History Month.
The market is free to attend and will feature a range of vendors selling arts and crafts, jewellery, clothing, accessories, skincare, soft-furnishings, cakes, pastries, greeting cards, gifts, books, non-alcoholic beverages and more!
