In Ramsey County, garbage service for businesses is taxed at 70%, and in Washington County, garbage service for businesses is taxed at 53%. Joel Anderson, Ramsey County BizRecycling will explain how easy it is to get started with or expand a business recycling program. Although there are a lot of compelling reasons for businesses to do a better job of recycling, one of the biggest incentives is the potential to save money. There are simple things businesses can do to reduce their garbage expenses.
