Youth4Youth and The Way Out West Coalition, in collaboration with key community partners, is hosting an essential Fentanyl Forum on January 22 at 6:30 PM at the Palo Verde Education Center in Buckeye, AZ. This impactful event is designed to educate, empower, and engage the community in addressing the growing fentanyl crisis affecting our community.
Why This Forum Matters
Fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opioid, has become a leading cause of overdose deaths across the nation. Our local communities are not immune to its devastating impact. Families, schools, and law enforcement agencies are grappling with the consequences of this crisis, which affects individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
This forum aims to:
- Provide critical education on the dangers of fentanyl.
- Equip attendees with resources to protect their families.
- Foster a collaborative community response to combat this epidemic.
An Engaging Lineup of Experts
The evening will feature Stephanie Siete, a nationally recognized expert on drug education, as the keynote speaker. Known for her dynamic and informative presentations, Stephanie will provide valuable insights into the realities of fentanyl and its impact on our community. Rachel Mitchell, Maricopa County Attorney, will be leading a discussion with our expert panel.
