Hot Yoga DeLand is proud to present the first-ever DeLand Yoga Fest, an immersive festival dedicated to yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Taking place on Saturday, May 3, 2025, this inaugural event will bring together DeLand’s vibrant yoga community across seven unique locations in downtown DeLand, featuring 25 expert instructors from across the state. 

DeLand Yoga Fest is a collaborative effort to unite the community in a day of movement, meditation, and connection.

Registration Details

• Fee: $10 plus processing fees to register and reserve your table.
• Availability: Only 6 spots are available each week.
• Provided: One 6' table and two chairs.
• Eligibility: Members-only opportunity.
• Restrictions: Exhibitor space only; no vendor sales allowed.
• Important Notes:
  • Registration is non-refundable.
  • No date exchanges, table sharing, or subleasing permitted.

Guidelines
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please adhere to the following:

1. Set-Up: Arrive between 7:30 and 8:00 AM to set up your table and be ready when members begin arriving.
2. Displays: Floor displays are allowed behind tables only, not in walkways.
3. Materials: All materials must stay at your table. Please refrain from distributing materials to the round tables.
4. Presentation: Prepare a 60–90 second presentation about your business.
5. Duration: Remain set up until 9:30 AM to allow members to visit your table after the networking session.
