Be sure to look to the sky for the can't-miss highlight of the weekend—a spectacular Route 66-themed drone show! Watch as hundreds of illuminated drones transform the night sky into a breathtaking aerial display celebrating adventure, nostalgia, and Cougar pride. This one-of-a-kind performance will be an unforgettable Homecoming experience you won't want to miss.

All Roads Lead Home to the 11th Annual Cougars Unleashed Homecoming Run & Pancake Breakfast, part of SIUE’s Homecoming & Family Weekend and in commemoration of the Route 66 Centennial Celebration! Choose from a 10K, 5K, or Fun Run: whether you’re a competitive runner or just in it for the pancakes, there’s something for everyone.

Rev up your engines and cruise to campus for the Paws on Route 66 Car Show, part of SIUE's Homecoming & Family Weekend celebration and the exciting Cougar Fan Zone experience!

As we celebrate this year's theme, All Roads Lead Home, SIUE alumni, friends, and car enthusiasts are invited to showcase their vintage, classic, custom, muscle, specialty, and one-of-a-kind vehicles at the event. Whether your ride is a beautifully restored classic, a modern showstopper, or a family treasure with a story to tell, we'd love to see it on display.

Located in the heart of Cougar Fan Zone, participants and guests will enjoy an evening filled with live music, food trucks, family-friendly activities, giveaways, Cougar spirit, and a lively crowd of Homecoming attendees gathering to get pumped up before the SIUE men's soccer game. It's the perfect opportunity to share your passion for automobiles while reconnecting with alumni and friends.
