The road to success never starts in the same place for everyone.
Young people have many opportunities to begin exciting and fulfilling careers by pursuing technical or on-the-job training and apprenticeships.
Families and students in grades 6 through 12, as well as recent high school graduates, are invited to join us at these FREE showcases to experience a variety of careers through demonstrations and discussions.
Our exhibitors will include representatives from key career pathways, including healthcare, transportation, advanced manufacturing, construction, culinary, hospitality, information technology, and public safety, along with regional technical schools offering training and credentials.

We will hear from Samantha Roberson with Jefferson College about the Missouri Southeast Pathways to Work (MoSEPWork) consortium, born out of a recent grant from the Department of Labor aimed at spearheading apprenticeship programs in advanced manufacturing, nursing, and teacher education. Higher education and apprenticeships are key to preparing individuals for the modern workforce. By combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience, these programs offer essential training for career success. Together, they provide a strong pathway to career goals, support economic growth, and meet workforce needs. Collaboration between educational institutions and industry leaders fosters innovation, addresses skills gaps, and builds a more skilled, inclusive workforce.

This month's Women's Group luncheon will focus on "Love Languages" -- have you heard of it? Do you have a love language? We'll talk about what the different love languages are, and some resources to find yours! We'll talk about how you can use these love languages to "love" on your people personally and professionally.Meet other women in the Chamber, connect with ladies across many different industries and businesses, share experiences with friends, and even gain some education on various business topics along the way. This luncheon is the monthly gathering of the Fenton Chamber Women's Group which serves as a platform for networking and leads-sharing, education and relationship building through various events and activities.

Fenton West... Let's Get Together... In Your Neighborhood!Meeting members & supporting businesses... one neighborhood at a time! The Fenton Chamber is committed to meeting members where they are. Through the "In Your Neighborhood" program, we make it EASIER for our members to connect with Fenton Chamber staff and fellow members, as well as meeting fellow business owners near them that they may not meet at other events. With each of these IYN events, we select/target a "neighborhood" location by choosing a meeting place for breakfast/lunch/after hours. All are welcome to each IYN event, but we do make an effort to personally invite members (event non-members) within close distance of that location to attend.
