Josh Lamping is a Group Director of Supply Chain Management at Walmart, where he leads large‑scale fulfillment operations with a strong focus on workforce development, operational excellence, and community impact. In his current role, Josh oversees nine fulfillment sites across Kansas, Arizona, California, Utah, and Nevada, which collectively employ nearly 5,800 people and play a critical role in supporting regional economies.

These sites shipped almost 100 million units last year and more than 20 million units so far this year, reflecting both the scale of operations and the importance of strong local leadership and talent development.
Throughout his career at Walmart, Josh has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility within the fulfillment network, including leading the development and opening of the PHX1 Fulfillment Center, helping establish long‑term logistics infrastructure and employment opportunities in the region.

Josh is known for a people‑first leadership approach, emphasizing associate engagement, leadership development, and safe, reliable operations. His work highlights the direct connection between effective supply chain leadership, workforce readiness, and positive economic impact in the communities Walmart serves.

Josh and his wife, Jessica, live in Rogers, Arkansas, and recently welcomed their first child, Jaxson, last October.

Davis Parker

Davis Parker is the Plant HR Manager for Corning Incorporated’s site in Glendale, Arizona. GUHSD Support Staff Job Fair

Glendale Union High School District will host the Support Staff Job Fair on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at Moon Valley High School. In-person screening interviews will take place from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. for applicants interested in joining the district ahead of the 2026–2027 school year.

Business Over Breakfast is a bi-weekly event that features great opportunity for members to come together over breakfast, make new connections, hear from excellent speakers, exchange leads and referrals, and build relationships to help grow their business.

Member Registration: $30
Non-Member Registration: $40

Program Begins - 7:30AM
Program Ends & Networking - 9:00AM

Be sure to bring business cards, flyers and/or other marketing materials from your company. Attendees are also able to donate a raffle item for the drawing.
