ASU’s Recovery and Rejuvenation research study is directed at breast cancer survivors who want to feel better, more energetic.  The study provides eligible women with free classes: 1 hour per week for 8 weeks, starting in January 2020 and ending in early March 2020. We are comparing three different techniques that have all been shown to provide effective support for breast cancer survivors. We want to better understand how the techniques work so we can continue to increase their effectiveness. Participants in the study will help us increase our knowledge of how we can help other women diagnosed with breast cancer in the future.

What:
From NYC-based Tier5, the team that brought you the award winning, "LADIES IN WAITING: THE JUDGEMENT OF HENRY VIII" comes their latest project, based on Louisa May Alcott's American classic… Meg Jo Beth Amy & Louisa

Assigned with the super boring task of writing a novel for young girls, Louisa May Alcott finds herself in a state of writer’s block. That is until she turns to figures and stories from her own life. The lines between fact and fiction begin to blur, as her novel, Little Women, is played out upon the stage. Louisa’s self-examination of her own sexuality, as well as unfinished family drama, weaves itself through the story in quirky, queer and sentimental ways. Life may be the best inspiration, but what if you are afraid to learn who you are?

Part adaptation, part biography…But definitely NOT your Marmee’s Little Women

When:
January 24, 25, 31 and Feb 1 – 7:30pm
January 26 and Feb 2 – 6:00pm

Where:
In the Pavilion Theater at Taliesin West. A National Historic Landmark, nestled in the desert foothills of the McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale, AZ.  It is also the home of the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and the School of Architecture at Taliesin. 12621 N, Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ  85259
