The City of North Miami Beach invites you to take part in a special 3D Mammogram Event with Florida Mobile Mammography and Liga Contra El Cáncer on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the North Miami Beach Library, 1601 NE 164th Street, North Miami Beach.

Mammograms are covered 100% by insurance once per year and are open to women ages 40 and older, or ages 35–39 if this is your first (baseline) mammogram.

*11/6-12/1 The City of North Miami Beach Mayor and Commission, in partnership with Coastal Waste & Recycling, invite residents to support those impacted by Hurricane Melissa by donating essential relief items.
 

Requested donations include personal care supplies and hygiene kits, new or gently used clothing such as shirts, pants, undergarments, socks, and shoes, as well as comfort and shelter items like sleeping bags, warm blankets, and tents. Non-perishable food, bottled water, first aid materials, flashlights, and batteries are also greatly needed.
