Sun. 12/7 NMB Public Works Department & Kabbalah Centre: Windward Neighborhood Cleanup
You’re invited to join the Windward community for a Neighborhood Cleanup on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the intersection of NE 175th Street and NE 10th Avenue. Come together as a community to help keep Windward clean, safe, and beautiful.
Shredding services and bulk waste drop-off will also be available.
Volunteers receive gloves, a safety vest, a litter picker, and a bucket. Community Service Hours can be earned by High School & College Students.

City NMB Warm Clothes Warm Hearts, Sponsored By Commissioner Phyllis SmithOur Warm Clothes, Warm Hearts drive is underway. Sponsored by Commissioner Phyllis S. Smith, we’re collecting gently used clothing to help our neighbors in need. Your donation can bring comfort, dignity, and hope to individuals and families throughout our community.
What We Need: Items must be clean and in good condition.
• Coats and jackets (infant, children, and adult sizes)
• Sweaters, hoodies, and long-sleeve shirts
• Socks
• Hats, gloves, and scarves
• Blankets
Donation Dates:
December 8, 2025 – January 30, 2026
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Drop-Off Locations in NMB:
Donations can be delivered to North Miami Beach City Hall, the Y.E.S. Center, the North Miami Beach Police Department, or the North Miami Beach Library.
Donations collected by the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust.
