Over the past 5 years, the district has spent an estimated $500,000 per elementary playground. Adding this levy allows the district to be more proactive in funding for future and ongoing playground needs and consider the expansion of community education services.
Although the vote is asking for an added levy rate, the district anticipates that the overall levy rate for the district will not increase, due to increased valuations and the district levying fewer cash reserve dollars. Preliminary budget calculations show that the school levy rate will drop by approximately $0.50 per thousand dollars taxable valuation, from $18.50 down to $17.99.

Our Chapter, founded in April of 2002, was created for the purpose of enjoying the sport of riding our Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Our goal is to have fun, ride safe, and promote the image of Harley riders as the diverse group that we are. We consider ourselves a family organization and encourage family participation.
Our HOG general membership meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30 P.M. at the Route 65 Harley-Davidson dealership.
We publish a monthly newsletter, which is designed to keep our members informed of club runs and events as well as other events sponsored by Route 65 Harley-Davidson.
Anyone interested in joining our Chapter must be a current member of National HOG first. You can do that by calling 1-800-CLUB-HOG or by signing up direct via their website at www.hog.com. Once your National membership has been approved and membership number received, stop by Route 65 Harley-Davidson and pick up an application for membership or download the application form from the Route 65 H.O.G. website at route65hog.com. Fill out and bring the completed form along with $15.00 per year to our next general membership meeting.
We hope that you will join us to share in the fun, camaraderie, and passion of riding your Harley in some of the most beautiful country around.
Arrive at Route 65 HD Shop around 6 for social time, meeting starts promptly at 6:30.
If you are not a HOG Chapter member yet, stop in to see what it is all about. Chances are you will be a member by the time you leave.
