The gallery is located on Howard Street between Clinton and Detroit Avenues. Gallery hours are 9am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday through the end of May. On weekends, and after May, the gallery can be open by special arrangement. Contact Justin Nostrala at justin.nostrala@simpson.edu. The gallery will also be open regularly during the Indianola Summer Arts Festival and Balloon Classic, Saturday, July 27 and 28, 2024. The event is free and open to the public.

Join a Warren County Conservation Board Naturalist for a beginner course to learn about geocaching and how to use the Geocaching app on your phone. Then head out in the park to find "treasures" called caches. Fun for the whole family! After this session you will be prepared to head out on your own and find the Geocaching Mineral Adventure caches hidden in Warren County Parks.
This activity is free but please register by Tuesday, April 23rd. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Are you in need of an easy, filling, and delicious recipe for your next camping trip or outdoor adventure? Learn to prepare scrumptious recipes that will feed a crowd. Participants will prepare recipes, cook them in the Dutch oven, and learn how to care for Dutch oven cookware.
The cost is $5 per person and payment of cash or check can me dropped off or mailed to WCCB, 15565 118th Ave., Indianola, IA 50125. This program is geared towards those 12 and older and children must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited. Payment and registration are required by May 2, 2024.

Tabatha is a General Service Coordinator for CICS and covers both Warren and Madison Counties. Tabatha has worked with CICS for a year now, but has held positions in the Mental Health and Provider world for many years. Tabatha has been a Case Manager, Program Coordinator, Service Coordinator and a Program Manager just to name a few. Tabatha holds a BS in Psychology and an MA in Engaged Humanities with an Emphasis in Depth Psychology. Currently Tabatha helps people get connected with Mental Health and Disability Services that they need and helps to ensure that the Services are funded if needed.
he Indianola Fire Department and Indianola Noon Lions Club are flipping flapjacks at the 2024 Open House and Pancake Breakfast fundraiser! This family-friendly event draws hundreds of residents who can enjoy "all you care to eat" pancakes and sausage. Coffee, juice and milk will also be provided.

“The King Vision video laryngoscopes that the fire department uses are being discontinued, according to the manufacturer. Because of this, the Indianola Fire Department is fundraising to replace the obsolete equipment,” said Indianola Fire Captain Thad White. “The UEScope has been identified as a good replacement that will meet the needs of our paramedics and the citizens of Indianola.”
This is our annual fundraiser. We use our proceeds to fund various projects in our communities. This includes Youth Container Gardening Class, Warren County Fair Junior Flower Department premiums. We maintain gardens at the Warren County Fairgrounds, Norwalk Brownie Park & Magnolia Arboretum, Carlisle Historical Randleman House, Warren County Justice Center and Scotch Ridge Presbyterian Church Grounds. We also sponsor a $500 scholarship for a local Warren County horticultural student attending Iowa State University.

At this FREE class you will learn about selecting plants, pots, maintenance of your plants, and grooming your entries for the Warren County Fair. You will have hands on experience in preparing your soil, selecting a plant, and potting it to take home with you.
