Please join us for a ribbon cutting and mural dedication ceremony to celebrate the completion of Northwest Valley Connects first official mural. The beautiful mural was made possible by a generous public art grant received from the City of Peoria. Created by Artist Heather Young, the mural is a tribute to the NVC mission of providing personalized support to area residents by connecting them with available transportation services, and through advocacy, developing new transportation options for seniors and people with disabilities to overcome existing service gap. The community is invited and encouraged to attend the celebration along with Chamber members and Community Leaders.
