Dennis "Denny" Elbert, PhD
Dr. Dennis “Denny” Elbert is Professor Emeritus and former Dean of the College of Business and Public Administration at the University of North Dakota. During his career at UND, he delivered more than 600 workshops and seminars on topics including strategic planning, time management, delegation, teamwork, customer service, and accountability.
In retirement, Denny remains active in board leadership and consulting. He is a retired U.S. Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel, a Vietnam and Cambodia veteran, and was inducted into the U.S. Army ROTC National Hall of Fame in 2022.
