Come and hear some observations from my 40+ years of working for small businesses both product and service based, from $1M to $20M in annual revenue. Lean about revenue plateaus and strategies to break through them. Gain an understanding of the benefits of mission/vision statements and strategic planning (yes, even for small businesses).
