7/4/2021CLAC: 4th of July Parade, Main Street Chester
Join our community's annual 4th of July celebration by participating in this year's 4th of July Parade. Visitors begin to line-up early. Many shops and sights along Main Street will be open. The 2021 4th of July Parade begins at 11:00am at Collins Pine Park and rolls down Main Street Chester to the Meadow.

Your Chamber Board unanimously selected "Let Freedom Ring" as the theme for the 2021 July 4 Parade! Building on the recent loosening of Covid-19 restrictions and the ability to gather more freely, and honoring our nation’s 245 year history, freedom is something that resonates with us all and that we are excited to celebrate this year. The Chamber is awaiting approval from Plumas County and Cal-Trans for the parade and will keep everyone updated - we know everyone is anticipating a blowout celebration! The parade will follow the usual route from Collins Pine to Olsen Meadow. We are accepting donations for fireworks, leafing through the nominations for Grand Marshal, registering float entries, and generally planning for a weekend of enjoyment and celebration! The Chamber is also offering t-shirts for sale to commemorate this year’s event. We’ll see you on the 4th!
