Hear from Tom Dugg, Executive Director of St. Louis Counseling, as he shares best practices and tips for coping with our current environments. This can be a trying time for all, and help from our peers and local professionals will get us through it together.
Tom Duff, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) brings 25 years of mental-health expertise to his role as Executive Director of Saint Louis Counseling. As a professional therapist adept in high-stress, crisis situations, he has treated numerous clients with myriad mental-health diagnoses, spanning all ages from kids to seniors. His strengths-based, solution-focused, relationship-oriented approach to counseling and leadership, along with his solid understanding of running a small business focused on its most important priorities – customers/clients and employees – shape his management philosophy that takes the whole person into account. Hailing from Illinois, (his favorite baseball and football teams will go unmentioned in Cardinals Nation!), Tom and his family moved to St. Louis in 2014, when he was named Executive Director of Saint Louis Counseling.
