Event Description
We're doing Halloween a little bit differently this year! Instead of having all of the kids trick-or-treat up and down Main Street, this year's event will be DRIVE-THRU ONLY and will be at Art Dye Park. Residents who would like to attend "Trick or Treat (Not) on Main" do not need to register - just show up on Friday ready to collect candy and have fun! Businesses and food trucks that would like to reserve a booth space must complete the registration so we can save you a space. Please note that only businesses that are in American Fork OR are members of the American Fork Chamber of Commerce or Lone Peak Business Alliance are allowed to participate.
Businesses will set up a booth in every other parking stall along the outer edges of the parking lot. If you are a business or food truck that would like a booth space, please complete the registration. There is no fee to participate. However, we do ask that you decorate your booth to make it as fun as possible for the trick-or-treaters. The Chamber of Commerce will be giving a prize for the overall best decorated booth representing the Halloween theme.
Trick-or-treaters will enter the park at Beehive Field (550 E 700 N), then follow the road into Art Dye and turn right, looping around at the end of the parking lot and then exiting through the roundabout at 980 N. Traffic will only be allowed to flow one way through the route. There will be food trucks in the parking lots by the soccer fields, and people interested in purchasing food can pull into the lots and then re-enter the route when they are done.
In order to keep traffic flowing and to keep everyone safe, only vehicles will be allowed on the route. MOTOR VEHICLES ONLY - NO PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO WALK, BIKE, OR BE ON SCOOTERS - PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILDREN TO EXIT THE CAR AT ANY POINT ALONG THE ROUTE.
