Small businesses are critical to our economy and the success of small businesses owned by women and diverse individuals, which make up the large majority of small businesses in our community, is essential to achieving true diversity and inclusion. Often, small businesses have legal questions about employment matters, contracts, collections and compliance. These issues can be daunting to a small business especially when left with a prospect of paying a large legal bill.
