Steel Days 2019 Fair and Business Expo (at Art Dye Park with the Carnival, Fair, and Big Show)

Event Description
We are excited for the 2019 Steel Days Celebration! There are 2 places for vendors during this year's Steel Days Celebration: the Car Show and the Steel Days Business Expo (during the Carnival, Fair, and Big Show). Steel Days is a long-time tradition in American Fork and we see upwards of 30,000 people come through to enjoy all the festivities associated with Steel Days. The Steel Days Business Expo runs from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19th and Saturday, July 20th.

FOOD VENDORS - Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks. (The maps are simply to reserve a spot for your business.) Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed.

Steel Days Business Expo
Please choose your place on the booth map that is overlaid onto Art Dye Park. Each booth space is approx. 10' x 10'. If you need more space, then you must pay for each additional booth space that you would like to use. This will be your assigned booth space for the Steel Days Business Expo at the Carnival and Fair. We will do everything in our power to make sure your assigned booth space is your actual space for the event. (If changes occur, we will put you as close to your desired space as possible.)

Vendors can START ARRIVING FOR SET-UP AT 10:00 AM, but we ask that business and food vendors that need to drive on the grass to their space arrive NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM on July 19th to start the set-up process. No vehicles will be allowed onto the park (grass) area after 3:00 p.m. and vehicles will not be allowed back onto the park area until families have cleared the area after the movie on Friday and the Fireworks Show on Saturday (no earlier than 10:30 p.m.). Please plan accordingly.
