The Steel Days Car Show is a fun, long-standing tradition with hundreds of classic cars and vehicles on display. Thousands of people attend the Car Show and the Cruise on Main event that caps off the day. The Car Show runs from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on July 13th.
Please choose your place on the booth map that is overlaid onto Rotary Park. Each booth space is approx. 10' x 10'. If you need more space, then you must pay for each additional booth space that you would like to use. This will be your assigned booth space for the Car Show. We will do everything in our power to make sure your assigned booth space is your actual space for the event. (If changes occur, we will put you as close to your desired space as possible.)
We ask that business and food vendors arrive no later than 10:30 a.m. to start the set-up process (vendors can start arriving for set-up at 9 a.m.). No vehicles will be allowed onto the park (grass) area after 11:30 a.m. and vehicles will not be allowed back onto the park area until families have cleared the area after the cars have left for the Cruise on Main Street (no earlier than 7:30 p.m.). Please plan accordingly.
Food Vendors CANNOT sell hot dogs, hamburgers, or chips in accordance with our contract with the Car Show. Only drinks, shaved ice, and dessert food vendors will be allowed.
Please note that all vendor space purchases are final and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
