Steel Days 2021 Food & Vendor Expo (at Art Dye Park with the Carnival)

The Steel Days Committee has made every effort to ensure the safety of all attendees and volunteers and make this a contagion-free event, and we will strictly adhere to all county and state guidelines and mandates. However, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee all risks of infection are eliminated.

By attending any Steel Days event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. You and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the Steel Days Committee, American Fork City, the American Fork Chamber of Commerce, volunteers, sponsors, businesses, organizations, employees, or their affiliates liable for any illness or injury.

By registering, you agree that neither you nor anyone who will be present at the event have any illness symptoms or are in a high-risk category for COVID-19. While at the event, you agree to follow all the COVID-19 safety guidelines and any additional instructions from the Steel Days Committee and volunteers and American Fork City and staff and agree to put forth your best efforts to ensure the safety of all members of your party.

We are excited for the 2021 Steel Days Celebration! Steel Days is a long-time tradition in American Fork and we usually see upwards of 30,000 people come through to enjoy all the festivities associated with Steel Days. The Steel Days Vendor and Craft Fair runs from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Friday, July 9th and from 12:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 10th.

Parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for Food Trucks. Please choose the type of food you will be selling from the options listed.

Each booth space is approx. 10' x 10' and there will be an appropriate amount of space between booths to endure proper distancing. If you need more space, then you must pay for each additional booth space that you would like to use. You will be assigned a booth space for the Steel Days Food and Vendor Fair and then notified of the space number. We will do everything in our power to make sure your assigned booth space is your actual space for the event. (If changes occur, we will put you as close to your desired space as possible.)
 Please be aware that Steel Days does not jury booth items; therefore, competitors selling same products might be located in the same area.

Vendors can START ARRIVING FOR SET-UP AT 1:00 p.m. on Friday, but we ask that business and food vendors that need to drive on the grass to their space arrive NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM on July 10th to start the set-up process. No vehicles will be allowed onto the park (grass) area after 4:00 p.m. and vehicles will not be allowed back onto the grass until families have cleared the area after the movie on Friday and the fireworks show on Saturday (no earlier than 10:30 p.m.). Also, please note that the police will not allow any vehicles into Art Dye Park after 9:00 p.m. on Saturday as they use both lanes of the road for cars to exit the park. Please plan accordingly.

Refund Schedule:
Cancellation 60+ days before the event (before May 11, 2020): Full Refund
Cancellation 30-60 days before the event (before June 10, 2020): 50% Refund
Cancellation within 30 days of the event (after June 10, 2020): NO REFUND
